Our apartment hotel is centrally located in downtown Essen. Essen Central Station is approx. 700 m away and Kennedyplatz approx. 400 m. The NH Hotel and Rathaus Galerie are right next door.

We offer a total of 18 modern apartments:
16 one-room apartments
2 two-room apartments All apartments are newly renovated and fully equipped.
3. Are the apartments suitable for short- and long-term stays?
Yes, our apartments are ideal for both short stays (business or city trips) and long-term stays.
4. Are the apartments fully equipped?
Yes. All apartments feature a kitchen or kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, storage space, and a combined living and working area.
5. Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, all floors are accessible by elevator.
6. Is there a laundry service?
Yes, guests can use our free laundry facilities with 6 washing machines and 6 dryers.
7. How does check-in work?
Our hotel has no reception desk. Check-in is fully contactless using electronic door locks:
Guests receive all access codes two days before arrival.
On the day of arrival, you can check in anytime from 3:00 PM onwards.
8. Are arrival times flexible?
Yes. Once your apartment is available from 3:00 PM, you can arrive at any time, 24/7.
